Scope

     Gjovik Ford contracted Winninger Excavating, Inc. to perform mass earthwork and site utilities on a 27-acre auto dealership. This project consisted of dealership improvements along with future commercial building pads and roadway improvements. The site also had unique soils which Winninger Excavating, Inc. had to work closely with the developer to remediate while completing the project within budget.
