Scope

    Winninger Excavating, Inc. was contracted by the Village Of Oswego to remove the roadway and excavate various existing bridges within the village to repair and re-waterproof failing sections. Winninger Excavating, Inc. completed the full civil scope of this project including demolition, excavation, dewatering, backfill, paving, and restoration.
