Scope

     After a large rain event, the Village of Oswego noticed a failing box culvert on a major roadway that lead to the road being shut down. The Village Of Oswego had to create an emergency invitation to bid for immediate repairs.

     Winninger Excavating, Inc. won this bid and went to work immediately completing the demolition, placement of new culverts, and pouring of the concrete flume. Winninger Excavating, Inc. also handled the paving, guard rail installation, and restoration for this project and was able to open the road for traffic one week ahead of schedule.
