Scope
Winninger Excavating, Inc. was contracted for the site work for a large parking garage and roadway improvements. This project had unique circumstances with existing buried foundations, poor soil and bedrock mixed throughout the site.
Winninger Excavating, Inc. worked to break bedrock on one side of the project while crews completed deep foundation undercuts on the other side, all while working to maintain the client’s schedule. When poor soil conditions were discovered, Winninger Excavating, Inc. worked closely with the developer to adapt a plan that kept the project on schedule for precast delivery.
